We meet at Clayton State University Library

We meet every other month starting in February, at Clayton State University in the University Center room 265.
We start at 3pm and end around 5pm. Everyone age 16 or older is welcome, from beginners to experts.

Park in the "G" area and walk to the University Center "12" on the map. Go to the entrance on the East Side. Once inside, look for our classroom across from the entrance to the Library.

It is Georgia Archives Month and Family History Month. A lot is going on. Here is a link to AJC which has a list of genealogical/archival events.

October 14 at the Georgia Archives lunch and learn: "Your home's family tree" a free event from 12-1
October 14 at the Gainsville Branch of the Hall County Library: "Sitting up with the dead" 5-midnight. Cost is $12.00 and includes a boxed dinner and a late night snack.

Tuesday October 18 at 7pm, a panel of genealogists and researchers will present, "We're Relatives - Genealogy and Writing" a program designed to show how one can use genealogical research skills to write not ony family history and memoirs, but also historical fiction and non-fiction at the Peachtree City Library.

If you know of any other events let me know!
