We meet at Clayton State University Library

We meet every other month starting in February, at Clayton State University in the University Center room 265.
We start at 3pm and end around 5pm. Everyone age 16 or older is welcome, from beginners to experts.

Park in the "G" area and walk to the University Center "12" on the map. Go to the entrance on the East Side. Once inside, look for our classroom across from the entrance to the Library.

PLEASE COME AND BRING A FRIEND!

NAMESAKE SHOW AND TELL!

Due to the July 4th Holiday, we have moved the meeting to the 14th of July

Who's your namesake?

Were you named after Great Aunt Beatrice, or Grandpa Bernie, or your mom's best friend? Please share the story of YOUR name at our next meeting on July 14th at 3pm.

I would like to encourage you all to create a little poster (suggested: 11X17) to show the group while you share the story of your name. Add photos, trace the name back to the earliest ancestor you can find with that name, get creative! We would like to use these on our display at the 2014 workshop next March. People can look at them and see some of the work we do.
Don't want to create a poster? No problem, but, please come to the meeting and share your story and pictures if you have them. We look forward to seeing you!
The next meeting will be in the University Center Room 265. It is one of the rooms we used during the workshop. There will be signs on the University Door and the Librarians will know where to direct you, if you can not find us.
