September 8th meeting

We will not be meeting on September 1st due to the Labor Day Holiday.

On September 8th, Patricia Fields will be giving a lecture on USGenweb. Patricia has over 30 years of family research experience. She taught genealogy through the Continuing Education program at Georgia Perimeter College. (GPC) She is also computer savvy  having managed the Academic Computer Labs at GPC for over 10 years and taught classes in HTML programming.

USGenweb is a free genealogy online database. The information in the database has been contributed by volunteers and other researchers. Learn how to use and maneuver this website to find your ancestors and information about your family. Please join us on September 8th from 3 to 5 in our new location in the University Center room 265. See the map in the link at the top of this page if you need help finding us.
